Privacy Policy

Last updated May 6, 2026

Enkily is being built by a small team in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with your data. The app is not yet publicly available; this policy describes both the pre-launch waitlist and the future iOS app.

What we collect

Pre-launch waitlist

When you join the waitlist on enkily.ai, we store your email address. That is the only piece of personal information we collect from waitlist signups.

The Enkily iOS app (when it ships)

  • Account data: the email or Apple ID you sign in with, plus any display name you provide.
  • Captures:the voice notes and text you intentionally save. Voice is transcribed on-device using Apple’s Speech framework — the audio itself does not leave your device. The resulting text is stored in your account so you can search it later.
  • Parsed intents and memories: the AI-extracted tasks, reminders, events, and notes derived from your captures. Stored against your account.
  • Device tokens: the Apple Push Notification token, used only to send you the nudges you configure.

How we use it

  • To deliver the core feature: parse what you said and route it to the right place.
  • To send the notifications you set up (and only those).
  • To send you one announcement when the app is ready, if you joined the waitlist.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data. Ever.
  • We do not use your captures to train models.
  • We do not show ads.
  • We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

AI processing and your consent

Enkily uses AI to split what you say into reminders, calendar events, and notes. The text from your capture is sent to Anthropic’s Claudefor that parsing. Audio is never sent — it is transcribed on your device by Apple’s Speech framework first.

We ask for your explicit consent before any capture is sent to Claude. You can revoke that consent at any time in Settings → Privacy → Allow AI parsing. With consent off, captures save locally on your device only and are not parsed.

Third parties we rely on

  • Anthropic (Claude) — the AI provider that parses your capture text. Capture content is sent to Anthropic for parsing only; Anthropic does not retain it for model training under our API agreement. See Anthropic’s Privacy Policy and Commercial Terms (the “Outputs and Training” section covers retention).
  • Supabase — hosts our database (Postgres) and authentication. Your captures and account data live here, encrypted at rest. See Supabase’s Privacy Policy.
  • Apple (APNs) — delivers push notifications. Subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — hosts this website (enkily.ai). See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.

Your controls

  • Delete any capture, intent, or memory at any time from inside the app.
  • Delete your entire account and all associated data — it is removed permanently. Use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the iOS app, or email support@enkily.ai.
  • Revoke AI parsing consent in Settings → Privacy → Allow AI parsing. Captures stop being sent to Anthropic immediately.
  • Unsubscribe from the waitlist by replying to the announcement email.

Children

Enkily is not intended for users under 13.
